I can't resist these beautiful wild flowers. April may be my new favorite month here in Texas! The weather is great and there are fields of purple everywhere. It is gorgeous! I'm surprised I haven't crashed my car! I can't help but stare out my window as i'm driving...to take it all in.
I wanted to get some pictures of my big seven year old. We were having fun and laughing because her nose was covered in pollen from smelling the flowers...until a lady from a nearby office came and warned us that there had been some snake sitings the day before. We snapped a couple more pictures and we were out of there in a jiffy!!!

I love the longhorn here! We drive by them everyday on our way to school.
