i've lived for the day...
Teegan has been getting himself completely dressed for months now. He prefers it. He feels so accomplished. It's fabulous! The only tricky part is that everything he wears MUST have numbers on it..2 numbers is better. I have figured out that we can look at the tag for numbers & he's ok with that.
3T...stands for Teegan is 3 years
4T..Teegan is 4 years..which is true.
With this getting dressed thing...funny moments occur frequently.
The other day he came running out of the bathroom with his shorts on backwards!
I'm also very happy to say that my kids LOVE chores! They get so excited to do anything adult-like.
Teegan's helpful with vacuuming (or running around while I vacuum), setting the table, washing dishes & putting away silverware from the dishwasher.
Camdyn's helpful with putting dirty clothes into the bubbles...washer, washing dishes, & sweeping the kitchen.
Even though they make the process slower, it's fun that they are interested. It may not last long, but you better believe chores will be in their future! :)
