Oh Savannah..we love you!
It was so much fun to go explore new territory with the Dalling family. It was only a 45 min. drive from Hilton Head. We had to take advantage..we've never been to Georgia. We loved the Southern feel to the cute little city. It was so old fashioned..with cobblestone roads, the old architecture, and parks with fountains in the middle of them. They were even green since it was the day before St. Patty's day. The kids thought it was pretty cool.
The kids were trying to not step on a crack..so cute.
Emily & I had to peek into this little candy shop..and try some samples of course. :) We could not resist the sweet smell.
The kids were troopers! We did a lot of walking & it was a warm day. I don't remember them complaining once.
We ran into Jessie & Dustin..we knew they would be there & we had just seen them a few hours earlier, but we were still excited.
Josh & David went inside this cathedral or as Camdyn called it, "princess castle" to take a peek while Emily & I played with the kids at a nearby park.
When we got back, it was time for a little bit of relaxing.
The boys chilled on the patio.
Then the kids wanted to swim in the hot tub so we lowered the temp a bit.
While the kids were playing we did a little babysitting swap. There were bikes in the garage..so we went for a little ride. We rode out to the beach & went for a ride on the sand at sunset. It was a highlight! We tried to be cheesy and hold hands, but decided it wouldn't be worth wrecking. ;)

How fun you got to go on a bike ride!! looks like it was a way fun trip!! oh and it looks like your hair turned out so that's good!!
Glad to see you'll enjoying the beautiful South with your friends. Good thing it's spring...no heat waves or humidity. Aren't the buildings amazing?
