Big news in the Miles household...Teegan no longer needs training wheels!! Wahoo!
It was about time..since he's six years old and all. Unfortunately our last home was not conducive to learning to ride a bike (maybe that was just our excuse for putting it off). We bought him this bike and within a week he felt confident enough for the training wheels to come off. He was so proud of his accomplishment.
He got a little too comfortable, started trying to do little stunts, and crashed. The sight of running blood had him spooked but when the bandages came off his elbows and knees, he felt ready to give it another go.
Bike rides have become a part of our daily routine. In the morning or evening..the kiddos hop on their bikes, we go around the block, and then we head over to a nearby vacant school where they have a lot of space to go crazy. We have an pretend obstacle course.
Then there is this girl. She is happy with her training wheels on her barbie bike. She enjoys perfecting her tricks.
Josh & I laughed hysterically at this photo. A gust of wind caught him by surprise and he was a little excited! Crazy boy...

Conrats to Teegan! Your kids are so beautiful! It looks like you have been doing lots of fun things with them. They are growing so fast but they are such cuties:)
