She's 6!!

On April 1, 2008 this sweet little baby came into our lives. 

She had fuzzy dark hair and the most perfect little red lips you had ever seen. It was love at first sight! She had to stay an extra week in the NICU because the stubborn little thing wouldn't eat. (Some things never change!) 

Then in the blink of an eye...she turns 6 years old!

She is one of the best things that has ever happened to us. 

The night before her birthday, Josh and I lingered a little longer in her bedroom to watch our sweet five year old sleep. 

She was excited about her intro into our family birthday party....

Since her birthday is on April fools day, Teegan had been scheming to prank her. (Why hadn't I ever thought of this?) He wrapped a fake present with nothing in it. Pure genius! As you can tell from the photos, she wasn't too pleased with the joke. :) 

We listened to the Frozen soundtrack while we ate brownies and ice cream. 

Then she had her first friend party...oh boy was she excited! It was fun to see her with her cute friends from school. She wanted to have a Brave birthday. No surprise there. 

We had pizza, made bracelets, played a game and had a piñata. 

Teegan didn't want to be left out on all the partying. He was a good sport with all those girls!
