Get Away..

2.15-2.18

For President's Day weekend, Josh's parents came from Seattle..so we met up at the cabin..our home away from home. We are always looking for a good excuse to leave town for the weekend. (We love Pocatello that much. :) We felt a little spoiled because we had grandma & papa all to ourselves. 

The weather was nice, it wasn't terribly cold and it was sunny. We spent a lot of time outside. That's where the kids prefer to be...

Max doesn't fight getting into his snowsuit anymore because he knows what it means..

 
Good memories on c street..


Max LOVED to be pulled in the sled. He would giggle and clap and how can we resist that! Josh thought it would be fun to spin him in circles..and boy did he laugh.
{We even heard him have the biggest laughing attack that night. It woke us up and had us laughing..because it lasted awhile. I wonder if he was dreaming about his sled.}

Well he had fun until he belly flopped on the ground cause dad didn't buckle him up. Max..for the record, I told dad to strap you in. :) 

He was over it in about 2 seconds and was ready for more...

 

Papa had fun watching Josh try to hit solid ice off the roof..it wasn't happening. 

Grandma played out in the snow with us. 

The kids thought this giant snowball was the coolest thing..

Josh found this piece of ice that looked like a molar..something only his eyes would find. I'm pretty sure it is still in the freezer because he didn't want it to melt. weirdo.

Love my little snow bunny..

Max is the one who always lasts the longest out in the cold. He can't get enough of the snow.

The kids were disappointed because it wasn't snowman-building-snow..so they made little snowmen (and snow women) with play dough. Notice Camdyn's has hair..too cute.  

These to are the biggest game players I know. They played a lot of games together. Teegan was a happy kid.

And Camdyn got her mouth examined by Dr. Max on the way home..
